You can start with: Who  huged you this week? or Did God hug you this week? Did you hag anybody this week? Did you hag God this week?

National Hug Week, celebrated in May, gives you the perfect opportunity to enjoy one another in an intimate way often forgotten by couple's as the years go by. This brief, but incredibly intimate gesture, speaks volumes.

Proper Hug Etiquette also known as the Rules to Safe Hugging

Always respect another's space.
Ask permission before hugging.
A hug is a compassionate gesture, hug accordingly.
A hug is a gentle embrace, not the Heimlich Maneuver. (this is the maneuver to help a person who is choking)
Be "in" the hug, don't simply go through the motion.
Happy Hugging!

Things to do this week:

1.Up the hugging ante. Commit to hugging more this week, including several times every single day.
2.Try hugging a little differently. Cuddle close in the morning. Wrap here in a bear hug at night. Get intimate with a bit of hugging sans clothing. For more great hugs, check out our list of hug. (you can practice different type of hugs and explain them, intimate hug, cold hug, gropp hug, ask for more suggestions from the group. Discuss the proper etiquete for hugs,
3.Send a hug via email to a person that is far away.
4.Send  hugs via text message. Ask how do you text message a hug? Kigs will love it and will give you suggestions. You can go with the traditional XO (the O is the hug) or you can use a hugging emoticon, such as (( )) or (( )):** for hugs and kisses.
5.Send a hug poem. You can ask people to write a 3 lines hug poem, they can present it at the end of the sermon.
5. Have another hugging session at the end of the worship.

Poem: Hugs

It's wondrous what a hug can do.
A hug can cheer you when you're blue.
A hug can say, "I love you so,"
Or, "Gee, I hate to see you go."

A hug is "Welcome back again!"
And "Great to see you!”
Or “Where've you been?"
A hug can soothe a small child's pain
And bring a rainbow after rain.

The hug! There's just no doubt about it,
We scarcely could survive without it.
A hug delights and warms and charms,
It must be why God gave us arms...

Hugs are great for fathers and mothers,
Sweet for sisters, swell for brothers.
And chances are some favorite aunts
Love them more than potted plants.

Kittens crave them. Puppies love them.
Heads of state are not above them.
A hug can break the language barrier.
And make the dullest day seem merrier.

No need to fret about the store of 'em.
The more you give, the more there are of 'em.
So stretch those arms without delay
And give someone a hug today!
